The finish lingered with the artificial flavor. It was very carbonated, but slightly thicker and almost a little bit oily. The taste was filled with lots of seltzer-y like carbonation that followed up with a slightly mellower artificial watermelon flavor. It smelled exactly like artificial watermelon. The nose was exactly like a watermelon jolly rancher. The body was a clear straw yellow color with lots of active carbonation. The brew poured with a half a finger of white head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing on the glass. Random: I’m a big fan of watermelon jolly ranchers. My sources deep in the dough and the Bay share some promising replacement scuttlebutt. Trivia: This brew has 165 calories and 11 IBUs. So, the week is almost over and I’m now breaking into the Massachusetts brew stash.
